Our body doubling sessions pair you with an assistant who shows up — virtually or in person — and works quietly alongside you while you tackle your own tasks. Your assistant is not there to guide you, answer questions, or do the work for you. They may be engaged in their own quiet activity during the session. Their role is simply to be present, creating a sense of shared accountability that helps you stay on track.
